Cock & Bull Kitchen have created an incredible pop-up casual dining and bar experience in Scotland’s Capital city. Bringing with it, a cleverly curated modern take on the American Diner, with booth seating and jukebox vibes. Sit back and relax. The kitchen is open from lunch until late. Authentically Scottish with a traditional twist on the Southern States style menu. The setting, meals, snacks and matching drinks capture the true hustle and bustle of the American originals in the basement of Bourbon Nightclub, 24 Frederick St, Edinburgh EH2 2JR.

Specialising in southern fried chicken, meat and some veggie versions, the bar is reminiscent of a lively Alabama diner that oozes authenticity and wonder. Access to the restaurant can be found at the entrance of Bourbon nightclub on Frederick Street. Upon entering the venue, you’re instantly transported from the historic cobbled streets to a curious little hub filled with character and fuelled with an atmosphere.

With the themed interior boasting a retro outfit, we are no ordinary pit stop…we are talking about a Cadillac, Chevrolet style booth seating, vintage vinyl record albums with big and twisty soundtrack vibes.
